Harvard First Presbyterian Church has been deeply involved with mission work for many years. Mission work can be done in the form of time and talents as well as monetarily. The monies that you give to mission are given to benefit projects locally, nationally, and globally. In other words, mission giving does not pay for gas, lights, maintenance, wages or supplies needed for the everyday operation of our church. First Presbyterian has been involved in helping Githiga Children's Home in Kenya for many years.

We have supported the Harvard Food panty, and we have helped flood and earthquake victims, raked leaves for the elderly, visited with nursing homes residents, and the list goes on. Listed below are some of the projects that we have been involved in over the past two or three years. We truly have a congregation willing to share the talents that God has given to them with those in need. We hope you enjoy learning more about the mission work of our church - from the Sunday school children, the youth groups and the adults.

A truly caring church, we are actively engaged in these mission projects
